Attending at the event included Vice Chairman of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilization Phan Văn Mai and Chairman of the Farmers Association Phạm Lệ Lam.

The conference focused on discussion and analyses of results and shortcomings in the implementation of the resolution No 25-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee on religious affairs adopted in 2003.

Addressing the conference, Vice Chairman Phan Văn Mai spoke highly of practical contributions made by the Farmers Association over the past years and urged the association to continue disseminating the Party and State’s policies and religious laws amongst its members and creating favorable conditions for improving living standards of locals including followers of religions in the locality.

On this occasion, 15 collectives and 15 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee for their outstanding achievements in implementing the Party resolution on religious affairs over the past 15 years./.
