The event saw the participation of Deputy Head of the Home Affairs Department Huỳnh Ngọc Sang, Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Ngô Hòa Dựa and Vice Chairwoman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Diệu Huyền and 20 religious dignitaries and deacons  of religions in the province.

During the event, religious dignitaries and deacons pointed out some difficulties in the implementation of administrative procedures according to the Law on Belief and Religion and the Decree No.162 on detailing a number of articles and providing measures for the implementation of the Law, including the judicial certificate of dignitaries and officials, the registration of collective religious practices, the establishment of grassroots religious organizations, lawful location for religious practices, the representative of the group of people engaged in collective religious activities, etc.

Vice Chairman Ngô Hòa Dựa praised open comments by religious participants as well as explained several practical issues related to the implementation of administrative procedures in the province.
