Over 150 Hoa Hao Buddhists have attended a disseminating conference on laws of public security and traffic safety held on February 25 in Dong Thap province.
The conference was co-organized by the province’s Thanh Binh district Public Security and the district’s Tan Hoa commune Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Public Security.
During the disseminating event, the district’s Public Security shared with the participants on the current situation of security, traffic safety and social issues in Tan Hoa commune and Thanh Binh district, as well as introduced basic contents of the current legislation related to traffic safety.
The conference aimed at raising vigilance and encouraging Hoa Hao Buddhists to be actively engaged in preventing criminal offenses, contributing to ensure social security and order in the locality.
