A meeting for dissemination of the new law on belief and religion for Catholic followers in Bac Ninh province was held on May 23 in Luong Tai district’s Tan Lang commune.
The event was organized by the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs in collaboration with Luong Tai district authorities and the Committee for Catholic Solidarity in the district.
The event drew the participation of members representing the management board of parishes and congregations in the province’s districts of Thuan Thanh, Gia Binh and Luong Tai, as well as members of the Committee for Catholic Solidarity in Luong Tai district.
The one-day meeting introduced key contents of State’s policies on belief and religion and the new Law on Belief and Religion passed by the National Assembly in November last year.
