On Oct. 15, Deputies of the National Assembly in Tay Ninh province held a conference to gather comments on draft law of belief and religion.
The event was presided over by Deputy Lê Minh Trọng, Member of the National Assembly’s Law Committee.
The meeting aimed to gather further comments to the draft law in order to submit to the National Assembly XIII for consideration later this year.
Currently, the 5th draft of the proposed law has been completed and it will be submitted to the National Assembly for the first consideration on November 6, 2015; approval of this law is expected to be decided in October, 2016. The current draft law on belief and religion contains 71 articles divided into12 chapters.
