Da Nang city Committee for Religious Affairs organized on July 29 a football tournament between religious teams and two teams from the local administration on religious affairs on occasion of 62th founding anniversary of the Traditional Day of the State sector on religious affairs (August 2nd, 1955 - August 2nd, 2017).
The religious organizations in the city participating in the football tournament included Da Nang Diocese, the United World Mission Church, Baha’i faith Community, the Missionary Caodai Church, the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (Southern), the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha Chapter in the city.
Attending the opening ceremony of the football tournament included Chairman of the city Committee for Religious Affairs Ngô Khôi and representatives from the religious organizations in the city.
