Da Nang city launches “the Year for Culture and Urban Civilization, 2015” amongst religious organizations

A meeting to launch “the Year for Culture and Urban Civilization 2015” program amongst religious organizations was held on April 22 in Da Nang city.

The meeting was organized by the city Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) committee, the city Party Committee Commission for Mass Mobilization Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the city Committee for Religious Affairs.

Religious dignitaries at the event included Most Venerable Thích Như Thọ, Member of the city VBS Discernment Council and representatives from other religious organizations in the locality.

At the meeting, Deputy Director of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyễn Hữu Chiến introduced seven specific contents of the program that would practically ensure cultural and civilized lifestyle in localities.
