On May 15, the Security and Defense Education Council of Quang Binh province’s Quang Trach district held a training course for disseminating policies and laws on security and defense for Catholic deacons in the locality.
Attending the event included 25 deacons from Catholic parishes in the district and representatives of local authorities.
During the three-day training, the participating deacons listened to contents of the State’s policies on ethnic and religious affairs related to national security and defense; introduction of the laws on defense, national border, Vietnamese seas, military service and security and defense education, etc.
