The event was chaired by Deputy Director of Ca Mau provincial Public Security Ngô Xuân Phú, and attended by representatives of the provincial of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Party Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilization and Religious Affairs Committee and PA 88 Division under the provincial Public Security.

During the seminar, participating delegates focused their discussion on key topics of the State government on religion, such as implementation of the Party’s guidelines and State’ policies and laws by local dignitaries and followers, religious development in Ca Mau province, role of the religious organizations, coordination between the departments and agencies  relating religious affairs in the locality and overall assessment of religious situation and State management on religion in Ca Mau province.

The forum also pointed out difficulties and remaining issues in the State management on religious affairs and recommended solutions and measures for performance of the State administration on religious affairs in the locality.
