On August 15, the Binh Thuan provincial People’s Committee organized a conference to praise 150 typical people in 20 years implementing the movement “All people protecting the national security in religious localities”.
In 20 years implementing the movement for protecting the national security in religious localities, dignitaries and followers of religions well performed citizen’s rights and duties, and made proactive contributions to peace, order in localities, as well as social unity and cohesion in communities.
Good models for protecting social security have been recorded in the implementation of the movement “All people protecting the national security in religious localities”, including “Safe parish”, “Community without social ills”…
Currently, there are 63/117 models of ‘self defense’ ‘self protection’ and ‘self management’ in religious localities in Binh Thuan province. At the praising conference, two collectives and 150 individuals were praised and awarded by the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee and Director of the provincial Public Security for their achievements in the implementation of the movement “All people protecting the national security in religious localities”
