Binh Thuan province: Meeting with religious dignitaries and prestigious people held

On occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Police Force’s Traditional Day (19thAugust, 1945 – 19th August, 2015), Binh Thuan provincial Police held a meeting with religious dignitaries and prestigious ethnic people on August 10.

Attending the meeting included Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Dương Văn An, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Thành Tâm, Major General Director of the provincial Police Nguyễn Văn Thân and nearly 200 typical religious dignitaries and prestigious people in the locality.

Speaking at the meeting, Major General Nguyễn Văn Thân expressed his thanks to religious dignitaries and prestigious people for supports and assistance over the past years. He also called on religious dignitaries and prestige people to continue to promote religious unity and proactively join in social activities, contributing to the maintenance of security and order and the socio-economic development in the locality.
