Chairman of the Binh Duong provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Đức Thịnh led a delegation to visit Lai Thieu church on occasion of 50th anniversary of priesthood ordination of Priest Thomas Phan Minh Chánh.
During the visiting reception, while extending best wishes to Priest Thomas Phan Minh Chánh, former head of the provincial Committee for Catholic Solidarity cum head of Lai Thieu parish, Chairman Trần Đức Thịnh urged Priest Thomas Phan Minh Chánh to continue making practical further contributions to the socio-economic development in the locality.
