On April 26, Binh Duong provincial Committee for Religious Affairs organized a delegation to visit Xuan Loc Diocese on occasion of 50th anniversary of priesthood ordination of the Diocese’s Bishop (29/4/1966-29/4/2016).
The delegation members included Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Đức Thịnh, representatives of the provincial Public Security and Di An town’s authorities.
During the reception, Chairman Trần Đức Thịnh extended congratulatory wishes to Bishop Dominic Nguyễn Chu Trinh. The Bishop also took the chance to thank the provincial authorities for its congratulatory visit.
Binh Duong province located in the South of Vietnam currently has four Catholic parishes and one community under the Xuan Loc Diocese.
