Conference participants included nearly 200 officials who are Chairmen, Vice Chairmen of People's Committees of the communes, officials in charge of religious affairs of the communes and officials of the Home Affairs division in the provincial districts.

At the training conference, participants learnt about policies and laws of the State on belief and religion, the necessity for state governance on religious activities, which were presented by Mr. Trần Đức Thịnh, Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs.
