On December 17, a delegation of the Southwest Steering Committee led by Director of Culture and Society Department paid Christmas visit to Christian organizations in Ben Tre province.
On occasion of Christmas 2015, the delegation visited the Committee for Solidarity of Vietnamese Catholics and Protestant and Catholic Churches.
The delegation also included representatives of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Party Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilization and Religious Affairs Committee.
The delegation of the Southern Steering Committee also visited and presented gifts to the provincial Command of Border Guard and Military Command on occasion of 71st anniversary of Vietnam People's Army.
