These religious establishments include 36 pagodas and six Catholic chapels located mainly in communes of Tien Dung, Canh Thuy, Lao Ho, Lang Son, Dong Phuc, Tri Yen, Tu Mai, Nham Son, Yen Lu and Dong Viet.

Bac Giang provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to guide, collect fees and issue the  land use right certificate and ownership rights of houses and other land-related assets for these religious establishments. Yen Dung district People's Committee will be accountable for directing its competent offices and concerning communal people's committees to correct and edit cadastral files accordingly.
