The event held in collaboration with Party Committee’s Commission for Communication and Education and Home Affairs Division was attended by about 200 monks and nuns in the district.

During the event, Chairman of the district’s VFF Committee Huỳnh Ngọc Thôi introduced key contents of the resolution of the 12^th Party Congress, including results of implementation in tasks of socio-economic development in 2011-2015 period, targets and tasks for socio-economic development in the next five years. He also emphasized new approaches of the resolution of the 12^th Party Congress for the social-economic growth and improvement of the political and administrative system in the country.

Participating Buddhists also took the chance to learn about the Party’s guidelines and policies on religion and Decree No. 92/2012/NĐ-CP detailing and providing measures for the implementation of the Ordinance on Belief and Religion.
