An Giang province: a religious laws conference held for dignitaries and followers of Tứ ân Hiếu nghĩa religion

On September 18th, 2014, the An Giang provincial Committee for Religious Affaris in collaboration with provincial Departments, Tri Tôn district authorities, and Tứ ân Hiếu nghĩa religion (Four Debts of Gratitude) held a conference for dissemination of laws for dignitaries, deacons and followers of the religion in Tam Buu pagoda, Ba Chuc town, Tri Ton distict, An Giang province.
Representatives from local authorities attending the ceremony included Mr. Lê Nguyên Châu, Deputy Director of the Home Affairs Department cum Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs; Mr. Huỳnh Thành Cư, Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs.
Dignitaries, deacons from the office board, education board, finance board, the board of rituals and ceremonies, the board of social charity, the supervisory board with a total of 120 participants joint in the conference.
At the conference participants heard topics such as the religious situation and issues; Decree No. 92/2012/ND-CP dated 11/8/2012 of the Government detailing and providing measures for implementation of the Ordinance on Belief and Religion; solutions and experiences in administration of religious activities in An Giang province.
The conference took place from September 18th to September 20th, 2014.
