200 local officials tasked with state administration on religious affairs in Da Nang City’s Thanh Khe district have attended a workshop on the Law on Belief and Religion held on October 4.
Present at the religious law workshop organized by the district’s legal dissemination and education council also included Chairman of the city’s committee for religious affairs Ngô Khôi as the main presenter of the workshop, and representative leaders of the district’s authorities.
The organization of the workshop is part of a working plan approved by the municipal authorities prepared for the implementation of the belief and religion law when it takes effect in January 2018. It also aims to update information on the religious life across the country in general, and the city’s districts in particular, for local officials whose tasks involved the state governance on religion.
