Quang Binh provincial committee for religious affairs and the district authorities of Tuyen Hoa in the province co-organized on May 17-18 a workshop on religious affairs for local officials in the district.
Attending the opening ceremony of the event included representatives of concerning provincial agencies and the district authorities, and a large number of workshop participants who are cadres at commune and district levels tasked with religious affairs in the district.
During the workshop, the provincial religious committee presented topics on state policies and laws, including the new law on belief and religions and its guiding decree No. 162, as well as guided the implementation of specific regulations that most practical to the locality, such as management of religion-related land and construction, administrative procedures in the field of belief and religion, etc.
