The Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee in Lam Dong province held on August 4 the six-month exchange meeting with local Buddhist and Caodai dignitaries.

The event was chaired by Vice Chairman of the provincial VFF Đường Anh Ngữ.
During the meeting, the provincial VFF informed socio-economic development in the province in the first six months of 2022 and VFF’s working and results and plans approved for the second half of the year.
The local Buddhist and Caodai dignitaries thanked local authorities for creating favorable conditions for religious practices in the province over the past years. They suggested that local authorities should timely address practical issues related to religious land, including land use right certificates for land donated by lay Buddhists, a cemetery planning for the Caodai parish in Dran town, and the upgrade of religious worshipping places and rural roads.
