Thanh Hoa provincial mass mobilization commission held on July 20 a training conference on the mass mobilization work for commune-level cadres in border communes of Muong Lat district.
The event saw 250 participants who are heads from the mobilization sector, the commune-level authorities, socio-political organizations in ethnic minority and border areas, elites from villages in ethnic minority and border areas in the district.
During the event, the provincial border guards presented topics on the mass mobilization work in ethnic minorities and border areas, the State’s policies and laws on mass mobilization, ethnic and religious affairs, etc.
