A delegation from Thu Dau Mot city authorities paid on August 21 congratulatory visits to Buddhist pagodas and monasteries in 14 wards of the city on the occasion of Vu Lan Festival 2018.
In the visiting places, while extending best regards to the local Buddhist nuns, monks and followers, the municipal leaders praised their contributions to the socio-economic development in the city, and urged local Buddhist followers to uphold fine traditions and actively participate in social movements launched in localities.
