In the official document No.1909 dated May 20, 2019 sent to the People’s Committee of provinces and cities, the culture, sports & tourism ministry requested concerning agencies to early develop a plan of measures against fire, explosion, robberies and risks posed by possible natural disasters  for each national treasure in the locality.

Regarding treasures being kept in worshipping places (bells, steles, statues, etc), the ministry asked localities for close coordination between concerning parties and provincial agencies in the preservation of the treasures, not directly assigning sole individuals to the task of preservation of the treasures.

The ministry also asked localities to renovate and upgrade the infrastructure of storages, exhibiting areas and relic sites in order to preserve national treasures in most suitable conditions.
