Deputy Secretary of Soc Trang provincial Party’s Committee Huỳnh Văn Sum on September 25 paid a visit to the office of the provincial Solidarity Association of patriotic monks based in Prek On Dok pagoda in Thanh Phu commune on occasion of Sene Dolta festival.
During the visiting, while extending warm celebration of Sene Dolta festival to Khmer monks and community, Deputy Secretary Huỳnh Văn Sum praised practical contributions by the Solidarity Association to the socio-economic development in the locality.
