Caodaism has proactively been practiced in all 11 districts of Tien Giang province with five sects of Ante-Creation Caodai church, Correction Path Caodai church, Verity Caodai church, Tay Ninh Caodai church and Vietnam (Binh Duc) Caodai church.

Over the past five years, the implementation of the Prime Minister’s directive on Caodaism in Tien Giang brought many important results, including the recognition of an independent Caodai sect, a sub- organization under the Ante-Creation Caodai Church, the Executive Board under the Representative Committee of the Ante-Creation Caodai Church in the province, over 1,000 appointed dignitaries, and the organization of 16 tenet training courses.

In addition, local authorities approved for the Tay Ninh Caodai Church to establish a social center for the elderly. Six Caodai sects in the province have spent over 34 billion VND on social and charitable activities for the last five years.

Thanks to guidance and support by local authorities in Tien Giang, 26 Caodai worshipping places received the certificate of land-use right and 22 Caodai parishes received the construction permits for religious construction facilities.

Acknowledging social contributions by Caodai followers in the locality in the past five years, Tien Giang provincial People’s Committee presented certificates of merit to 12 Caodai groups and individuals for their outstanding contributions during the last five years.
