Kien Giang provincial Religious Affairs Committee in collaboration with the provincial Military Command and the provincial Border Guard Command held in October 14 a ceremony for opening a religious training course.
The event taking place in the provincial Military School saw the presence of Chairman of the provincial Religious Affairs Committee Danh Lắm, and 114 officials and soldiers from units of the military command and the border guard command in the province.
The training will last four days as part of the working plan of the provincial Home Affairs Department 2019, and aims to foster understanding of religion and religious policies and laws among officials and soldiers of the armed forces in the province.
