Bau Bang district People’s Committee in Binh Duong province held on January 30 a meeting to disseminate the Law on Belief and Religion and its guiding decree to officials tasked with religious affairs in the district.
The meeting was attended by 200 participants who are officials and carders from the district and its commune’s authorities.
During the dissemination event, Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Đức Thịnh introduced key contents of the Law on Belief and Religion and the government decree No.162/2017/ND-CP on detailing a number of articles and providing measures for the implementation of the Law on Belief and Religion.
As reported, authorities of Thu Dau Mot city and Phu Giao district in the province will also hold the same dissemination of religious laws to their government officials in this week.
