Religious committee in Gia Lai extends pre-Christmas visits to Christian places of worship

Chairman of the Committee for Religious Affairs in the central highlands province of Gia Lai Hồ Hải Tần paid visits, from December 11-21, to several worshipping establishments of Catholicism and Protestantism in the locality, ahead of Christmas 2020.
During the visits, the provincial religious committee chairman extended a Christmas of peace and happiness to all Christians in the province.
He also highlighted the priests and pastors’ role in successfully encouraging local Christians to practically contribute to charities, the Covid-19 prevention work and social movements for poverty reduction and sustainable development in the locality.
