A religious affairs training has been held for key officials in Lao Cai province at a meeting held on August 7 at the provincial political school.
During the one-day training, Director of the Department of Religions under the Central Commission for Mass Mobilization Lê Đình Nghĩa presented topics on the current religious life and the state management on religion according to the Law on Belief and Religion as well as practical issues relating to the state governance on religion.
The training organized by Lao Cai provincial Commission for Mass Mobilization was attended by 120 participants who are members of the provincial steering committees of religious affairs and democratic regulations implementing, heads of the provincial departments and agencies, armed forces, the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF)’s committee and social political organizations, and executive members of the party committee, people’s committee at the district level.
