The Religious Committee in Quang Binh province held from April 23-24 a religious affairs training for commune-level cadres in the province’s Le Thuy and Bo Trach districts, and Dong Hoi city.
Present at the event also included representatives from the provincial Vietnam fatherland front, public security, mass mobilization commission, natural resources and environment department.
The two-day training conveyed key contents of religious affairs, including the state management on new religious phenomena, the role and responsibility of concerning local agencies on religious affairs, and provisions of law on religion related land, etc.
The training also allowed discussion and explanation of practical issues relating the state management on religion in districts of Le Thuy and Bo Trach, and Dong Hoi city.
