A delegation of Ha Tinh province led by Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of the People’s Committee in the province Võ Trọng Hải extended on December 21 a visit to Ha Tinh Diocese, ahead of Christmas 2021.
Joining the delegation included President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Ha Tinh province Trần Nhật Tân, Chairwoman of the Commission for Mass Mobilization in the province Trương Thanh Huyền, Director of the provincial Public Security Lê Khắc Thuyết, and Secretary of Ha Tinh provincial city’s Party Committee Dương Tất Thắng.
During the visit, while extending Christmas greetings to Apostolic Administrator of Ha Tinh Diocese Louis Nguyễn Anh Tuấn and all Catholic dignitaries and followers, Chairman Võ Trọng Hải informed the diocese results of socio-development in the province over the past year.
The official also expressed hope that Catholic followers in the province would continue promoting fine traditions and made more contributions and service to the country and its people.

Bishop Louis Nguyễn Anh Tuấn took the chance to thank provincial authorities for supports and favorable conditions extended to religious practices of the diocese over the past years.
On the occasion, the provincial government of Ha Tinh has organized six delegations to visit and extend Christmas greetings to Catholic deaneries under the diocese in the province.
In Ben Tre province, a delegation led by Secretary of Provincial Party Committee Lê Đức Thọ extended on December 21 a visit to the Representative Committee of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (South) (ECVN) in the province, ahead of Christmas 2021.

During the visit, Secretary Lê Đức Thọ extended Christmas greetings to Pastor Phạm Hoài Đức, Chairman of the ECVN’s Representative Committee in Ben Tre province cum Head of Quoi Son Evangelical Chapter, and the ECVN community in the province, and took the chance to thank the evangelical representative committee for its practical contributions for sustainable development in the locality.
