As reported, Vatican appointed Bishop Apostolic Administrator of Ha Tinh Diocese Louis Nguyễn Anh Tuấn as the new Residential Bishop of the diocese on March 25.

During the visit, while extending congratulations to Bishop Louis Nguyễn Anh Tuấn, the newly appointed Residential Bishop of Ha Tinh diocese, Vice Chairman Hồ An Phong expressed hope that the newly appointed bishop would continue accompanying with Quang Binh province for strengthening the close relationship between the diocese and provincial authorities, guiding religious practices of parishioners according to the state laws, and fostering fine traditions of the Vietnam Catholic Church.

Bishop Louis Nguyễn Anh Tuấn took the chance to thank authorities of Quang Binh for their due attention and favorable conditions extended to religious and social affairs of the diocese over the past years.
