Accordingly, the provincial People’s Committee assigns the Tourism Department to coordinate with the People’s Committee at all levels and relating agencies in preventing violations related urban construction order, land use and tourist businesses, as well as drafting regulations on management and protection of the heritage.

The Culture and Sports Department shall assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with relevant agencies to well implement the state administration on managing, preserving and promoting values of the heritage as well as inspect and handle acts of infringing upon the ranked natural landscape and violations of management, conservation and promotion of heritage values.

The provincial People’s Committee asked Resources and Environment Department and the people’s committee at all levels not to change the purpose of using agricultural land in the Heritage area to other land uses; strengthen the inspection and examination of land use management in accordance with the provisions of law in the heritage area.

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development shall coordinate with relevant units in the management the special-use forest and protection of landscape zones, and strictly handle changes to the purpose of the forest and agricultural land use in order to minimize negative impacts of the development and urbanization process on Trang An landscape complex.

The People’s Committee in districts of Hoa Lu, Gia Vien, Nho Quan and cities of Ninh Binh and Tam Diep shall strengthen the State management over the heritage, along with inspection and supervision over land use and business activities on the site, and strictly handle violations of land uses and construction.
