During the visit, Vice Chairman Hồ Đại Dũng informed to the newly appointed bishop of Hung Hoa Diocese the religious practices in the province, and expressed hope that Bishop Dominic Hoàng Minh Tiến would continue encouraging and guiding religious practices conducted in accordance with state laws and religious policies.

Speaking with the guests, Bishop Dominic Hoàng Minh Tiến took the change to thank to provincial authorities for their attention and supports extended to the religious affairs of the diocese over the past time.
