Ramuwan (New Year) festival of Cham Muslims in Ninh Thuan province will be celebrated from March 21 to 23 this year. On the occasion, Ninh Thuan provincial authorities have paid visits to prestigious Cham Muslims in the province.
Visiting Representative Committee of the Islamic Community in Ninh Thuan
In particular, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Long Biên visited and met with the Representative Committee of the Islamic Community in the province, Vice Chairmen of the Dignitaries Council of Bani Islamic Community in Ninh Thuan Châu Minh Hương and Imam Từ Công Dư, and Mr. Nguyễn Chế Quốc Tuấn, former Chief of the provincial delegation of National Assembly and the People’s Council.
During the visits, while extending greetings to dignitaries and all Muslim followers in the province, Vice Chairman Nguyễn Long Biên expressed hope that Islamic dignitaries would further promote fine traditions, and proactively respond to patriotic movements in the locality.
