Sa Thay district People’s Committee in Kon Tum province held on April 14 a gathering with dignitaries of local religious organizations and heads of religious congregations in the district.
At the meeting
The event saw the presence of Deputy Secretary of the district Party’s Committee Y Sâm, Vice Chairman of the district People’s Committee Dương Quang Phục, Chairman of the provincial Commitee for Religious Affairs Vũ Quang Dũng, and 70 religious dignitaries and deacons in the district.
Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman Dương Quang Phục highly appreciated practical contributions made by local religious organizations for socio-economic development in the district last year, especially in the Covid-19 prevention work.
During the event, district officials also discussed and explained practical issues raised by participating religious dignitaries and deacons in the district.
