The Public Security in Duc Pho provincial city of Quang Ngai province has launched on February 28, 2021 a program for issuing Citizen Identification Cards to religious dignitaries and local officials.
Due to a sudden increase in the need to register for citizen's identity cards after the Lunar New Year 2021, Public Security of Duc Pho has strengthened working personnel, and served from 5:30 to 19:00 daily including weekends without lunch breaks.
The provincial municipal public security has created most favorable conditions and provided detailed instructions on the procedures for registering to issue citizenship cards at citizen reception places.
Up to now, the agency has received and handled over 140 registration cases each day on average, compared with about 70 cases before the Lunar New Year.
