The event was held by the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee in the province in collaboration with Ham Long Center for social work research and support.

The project is part of the implementation of the coordination program on environmental protection and climate change adaptation signed by the VFF Central Committee, Ministry of Natural Resource and Environment and religions in Vietnam for the 2015-2020 period.

According to Head of religious and ethnic affairs board under the VFF committee in the province Dương Đình Luân, there will be nine events held during September this year for communicating about the purpose and contents of the project, so as contributing to enhance public awareness, knowledge and skills as well as responsibilities amongst religious communities for environmental protection and climate change response.
