Ethnic & religious youth festival launched in Lang Son

The Vietnam Youth Federation (VYF) Committee in Lang Son province has launched the ethnic and religious youth festival “I love my Fatherland”, attracting a large number of youth in the province.

At the program

Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee cum Chairman of the VYF Central Committee Nguyễn Ngọc Lương attended the program. 

At the event, the VYF Committee in Lang Son presented 300 million VND to build a school in Bac Son district’s Nhat Hoa commune; donated 70 million VND to build a house of Mr. Triệu Xuân Tiến’s family in Khau Bao village of Bac Son district’s Tan Tri commune and 50 million VND to build a playground and a reading room for youth in Bac Son district’s Vu Son commune; presented supports to the liaison board of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (North) and prestigious people in the locality.

In addition, the program presented 18 sets of supports to disadvantaged households and granted 80 sets of gifts and scholarships to pupils in Bac Son district. The total charity program is worth over 800 million VND.
