Thuan An district People’s Committee in Binh Duong province held on January 23 a meeting on the new Law on Belief and Religion and the Decree 162/2017/NĐ-CP to local officials and key followers of religions in the district.
The event saw attendance of about 200 participants who are commune-level officials tasked with religious affairs and religious dignitaries and deacons in the district.

During the meeting, representative officials from the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs introduced key contents of the Law on Belief and Religion and the Decree No.162/2017/ND-CP on detailing a number of articles and providing measures for the implementation of the Law on Belief and Religion.
