The event was co-organized by Hoa Binh provincial religious steering committee and the Professional College for State Religious Affairs under the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA), and attended by over 230 participants from the religious steering committee and the district-level leaders in the province.

During the meeting, Chief Executive Vice Chairman of the GCRA Bùi Thanh Hà introduced new contents of the Law on belief and religion passed in last November that will take effect in 2018, as well as updated information on the religious life in the country.
