Lam Dong provincial committee for religious affairs held on April 25 a conference for disseminating the Law on Belief and Religion 2016 to local religious personnel.
The event saw the presence of Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Ngô Văn Đức and over 110 dignitaries and deacons of local religions from the province’s Bao Loc city and the districts of Bao Lam, Di Linh, Da Huoai, Da Tẻh and Cat Tien.
The one-day conference covered key contents of the Law on Belief and Religion 2016, the Government Decree No.162 on detailing a number of articles and providing measures for the implementation of the new belief and religious law and legal provisions on religion-related land.
In addition, the event also provided explanations on practical issues relating to the implementation of several articles prescribed in the new law and its guiding decree.

Earlier, the provincial religious committee of Lam Dong also organized a similar conference for 150 religious dignitaries and deacons from Da Lat city and the districts of Duc Trong, Lac Duong, Don Duong, Lam Ha and Dam Long.
