As many as 100 religious dignitaries, deacons and heads of worshipping places in Ca Mau province’s Phu Tan district have attended a meeting disseminating for the Law on Religion and Belief 2016 held on July 24.
The meeting covered key contents of the new law on religion & belief and its guiding Decree 162, as well as administrative procedures related to religion & belief.
Phu Tan district currently has 12 religious worshipping places belonging to Buddhism, Catholicism, Protestantism, Caodaism and Vietnam Pure - Land Buddhist Sect, and 72 folk belief facilities in the locality.
