The Security and Defense Education Council of Quang Binh province held on August 18 a conference fostering knowledge of security and defense for key religious in the locality.
Attending the event included representatives from local authorities and a large number of dignitaries and deacons of religious organizations in the locality.
The conference focused on guidelines and policies of the Vietnam’ Party and State on national defense and people's security and the role and responsibility of religious as citizens in the cause of national security and defense.
The conference aimed to equip religious dignitaries with knowledge of defense and security and raise their awareness of responsibilities in the maintenance of national security and defense in the country.
