Hoang Phuc Pagoda located in Quang Binh province’s Le Thuy district held on December 3 a requiem for victims of traffic accidents in the province.
The event was organized in collaboration with the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha’s Chapter in Le Thuy district, Quang Binh provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and concerning authorities in the province.
The requiem saw the participation of large numbers of Buddhists, representatives of local authorities and relatives of traffic accident victims.
The event featured Buddhist rituals and practices taking place both in traffic points in the province and the Buddhist temple with the aim to pray for peace and the spiritual uplifting of victims of traffic accidents.
