Ben Tre provincial department of home affairs in collaboration with the Political School started on August 19 a training course on religious affairs for local officials in the province.
The training course drew participation of 140 commune-level cadres in the province.
The training course will cover presentations on Party’s viewpoints, State’s policies and laws on belief and religion, mass mobilization work in religious communities, state administration on belief and religious practices in the province, religion-related laws on housing and land, as well as discussion of practical religion-related issues in the locality.
The training course lasts until August 23.
