A delegation of An Giang authorities led by Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Lê Hồng Quang extended on December 16 visits to Long Xuyen Diocese and Chau Doc Deanery, ahead of Christmas 2021.
During the visits, while extending Christmas greetings to the Catholic dignitaries and communities, Secretary Lê Hồng Quang highly appreciated practical contributions made by local Catholics for Covid-19 prevention in the locality.
The official also asked Catholic leaders to continue encouraging and guiding local Catholic followers to strictly observe preventives measures against Covid-19 pandemic, especially the 5K message of the Health Ministry.
