Vietnamese expatriates in Poland holds Vu Lan Festival

The Vu Lan Festival was solemnly celebrated on August 25 in Nhan Hoa pagoda located in suburban Warsaw, Poland with the attendance of hundreds of Vietnamese Buddhist followers and devotees.

The event organized by the Vietnam Buddhism Association in Poland also saw the participant of representatives from the Vietnam Embassy and Vietnamese community associations in Poland as well as Polish Buddhists.

Tea offering ritual

During the event, Senior Venerable Thích Trung Không highlighted the meaning of the Buddhist Parents Day.

The celebration also featured rose and tea offering rituals to express the deep gratitude towards the parents on the Buddhist Parents Day.
