The ceremony was processed by Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha Committee for Buddhist Propagation Most Venerable Thích Thiên Bảo and VBA in Czech Republic, attended by Vietnam Ambassador to Czech Republic Trương Mạnh Sơn, Vietnam Ambassador to Slovakia Hồ Đắc Minh Nguyệt, Chairman of the Vietnamese Association Hoàng Đình Thắng, and a large number of Buddhists and Buddhism lovers from Prague and other cities in Czech Republic.

This Buddhist event was part of culture, science, education, art and sports activities organized by VBA to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Czech Republic and Vietnam.

The VBA has been recognized as a faith organization by Czech Republic and made practical contributions to a community of around 70 thousand Vietnamese in Czech Republic.
